Introduction<\/strong> These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the &#8220;City Report&#8221; service by municipal entities (hereinafter referred to as &#8220;Municipality&#8221;), provided through the online platform and mobile application &#8220;City Report&#8221;, operated by CityReport.info. By accessing the service, the City acknowledges that it has read and fully accepts these Terms and Conditions.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>2. Description of the<\/strong> City Report <strong>Service<\/strong> allows citizens to submit reports regarding issues in the municipal area via the mobile app. The reports, accompanied by text, photos, video and geolocation, are automatically forwarded to the municipality via email to the official address of the municipality and can be accessed through a dedicated web portal in order to enable effective and timely management of the reports.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>3. Responsibilities of the Municipality<\/strong> The Municipality undertakes to:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Access the City Report portal regularly;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Take prompt action on reports received;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Triage reports to the appropriate offices and update their status;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Communicate with citizens through push notifications regarding the status of reports.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p><strong>4. Account and Security<\/strong> The City will receive confidential access credentials and agrees to keep such data confidential, taking all necessary security measures to prevent unauthorized access. The municipality is responsible for any use of the portal made through its credentials.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>5. Intellectual Property<\/strong> All content and technologies used in the City Report platform are the exclusive property of CityReport.info or its licensors. It is forbidden to copy, modify, distribute or use for commercial purposes such content without explicit written consent.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>6. Protection of Personal Data<\/strong> The Municipality undertakes to treat personal data received through the service in accordance with current privacy legislation (GDPR). The City acts as an autonomous data controller with respect to the data collected through City Report.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>7. Limitation of Liability<\/strong> CityReport.info is not responsible for:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The accuracy and truthfulness of information submitted by citizens;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Any delays or inefficiencies in the handling of reports attributable to the municipality;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Any damages resulting from temporary technical malfunction of the platform;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Any damages or delays due to force majeure, such as natural disasters, wars, strikes, infrastructure failures, or other unforeseeable and unavoidable circumstances beyond the control of CityReport.info.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p><strong>8. Duration and renewal<\/strong> Membership in the service is valid for the period agreed upon between the City and CityReport.info. At the end of the agreed-upon period, the service will automatically cease without the need for notice, unless renewed by agreement between the parties.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>9. Changes to Terms and Conditions<\/strong> CityReport.info reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions by giving timely notice to the City. Continued use of the service after such updates implies acceptance of them.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>10. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction<\/strong> These Terms and Conditions are governed by Italian law.
