City Report is committed to protecting the privacy and personal data of users. 2. Role of City Report and scope of service

City Report is an independent civic tool to support citizens.

The App allows users to document and submit reports of problems in the area, facilitating the forwarding of information through publicly available contact channels.

City Report:

  • does not represent, is not affiliated with, is not endorsed by, and does not operate on behalf of any municipality, public body or administration;
  • does not provide public services or replace or supplement institutional systems;
  • does not guarantee that administrations will take charge, respond or intervene;
  • acts solely as a technical facilitator for active citizenship.

Personal data processed through the App are not processed on behalf of public entities or for institutional or decision-making purposes of public administrations.

4. What data we collect
